- Collaborate with product, design, and data science teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement DevOps pipelines, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows to accelerate release cycles.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python and AWS services.
- Proven track record managing engineering teams and delivering complex, cloud‑based products.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD tooling.
- Experience with machine learning model deployment and data‑driven product development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
