About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high quality delivery.
- Own the product engineering roadmap, prioritizing features that enhance security, scalability, and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and security stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement Agile practices, ensuring timely sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Monitor performance metrics, conduct post‑release reviews, and iterate on product improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience in a fast‑moving tech or cybersecurity company.
- Strong background in product engineering, cloud infrastructure, and secure software development.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high‑availability products on schedule.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills.
