Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain large‑scale networking infrastructure for data centers, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, setting technical direction, mentoring developers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and security teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver robust solutions on schedule.
- Drive process improvements, implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Represent engineering in cross‑functional meetings, translating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on infrastructure and networking.
- 3+ years of technical leadership and 2+ years of people management experience.
- Proficiency in Go and C++, with hands‑on experience in data center networking and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
