About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional engineering team focused on network automation and cloud connectivity.
- Define and execute product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and NaaS strategy.
- Architect, design, and review scalable, secure codebases using Python and modern automation frameworks.
- Drive Agile processes, sprint planning, and continuous delivery pipelines across multi‑cloud environments.
- Collaborate with product, security, and operations teams to deliver high‑availability services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in Python and network automation tools.
- Proven track record managing technical teams in an Agile setting.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Deep understanding of networking concepts, APIs, and infrastructure‑as‑code practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
