About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional engineering team focused on NetSuite ERP development and integration.
- Define and execute product roadmaps, ensuring scalable, secure, and high‑performance NetSuite solutions.
- Drive Agile practices, sprint planning, and continuous delivery pipelines to meet release targets.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Oversee system architecture, code quality, and technical debt reduction while fostering a culture of innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in NetSuite or other ERP platforms.
- Proven track record managing engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Deep understanding of cloud integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and data synchronization.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
