About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for the Next platform, collaborating with product, design, and data teams to prioritize features that enhance agent productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing engineering squad, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, demos) and ensure timely, high‑quality releases through robust CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions while balancing technical debt and innovation.
- Champion best practices in code quality, security, and performance, and actively contribute to architectural decisions and system design.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience in a SaaS or real‑estate technology company.
- Proven track record delivering complex, data‑driven products on schedule.
- Strong background in Agile frameworks, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Passion for building tools that empower real‑estate professionals and improve operational efficiency.
