As an Engineering Manager - Model Performance, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy high-performance machine learning models on AWS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in machine learning, Python, and AWS, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on machine learning and AWS.
