Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers focused on marine and defense control systems.
- Define technical strategy, architecture, and roadmaps for embedded C++ and control system projects.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation to meet military specifications and delivery timelines.
- Drive Agile practices, sprint planning, and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, including hardware, software, and test teams, to ensure seamless system integration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience in defense, aerospace, or marine industries.
- Strong proficiency in C++ and embedded systems development.
- Demonstrated expertise in control systems design and implementation.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
