What You’ll Do:
- Lead and grow AECOM's building engineering practice in Boston, balancing technical excellence, team development, client service, and business performance.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand local MEP capabilities and build an integrated, multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Drive major project pursuits — both stand-alone MEP/FP work and as part of larger multi-discipline teams.
- Act as technical leader and quality reviewer across a range of project sizes and complexities., creating an environment where talented engineers can do their best work.
- Serve as design manager on complex projects with significant engineering scope, working closely with project managers to deliver high quality documents.
- Lead interdisciplinary coordination/quality reviews and ensure engineering standards are met.
- Coach, mentor and develop engineers at all career stages, helping them achieve technical, professional, and leadership goals.
