Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a growing team of software engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data science to define technical roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver high‑impact mental‑health products.
- Architect and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and best‑practice adoption.
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to inform iterative improvements and optimize user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record building and scaling cloud‑native applications on AWS.
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Passion for mental‑health technology and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
