About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional engineering team delivering a SaaS property platform.
- Define and drive technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap aligned with product goals.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations to ensure timely, high‑quality releases.
- Implement and champion Agile processes, continuous integration, and delivery pipelines.
- Monitor performance, reliability, and security of cloud‑based services, driving improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a people‑leadership role.
- Strong background in SaaS and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable architectures and guide teams through the full development lifecycle.
- Hands‑on coding skills and comfort reviewing code across the stack.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and Agile facilitation skills.
