Engineering Manager - Level 2

As an Engineering Manager - Level 2, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in software development and technical project management. You will be responsible for the overall technical direction and strategy of the team, as well as ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing the skills of your team members, as well as identifying and addressing any technical or process issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers in software development and technical project management.
• Develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps for the team.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Mentor and develop the skills of team members.
• Identify and address technical or process issues that may arise.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development and technical project management.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results.
• Strong technical skills in Python, Node.js, and AWS.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cloud computing.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.
