Lead a high‑performing engineering team to design, build, and deploy scalable Java microservices with Spring Boot, while driving AI‑enabled practices and ensuring resilient, high‑quality solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional engineering team focused on Java and Spring Boot microservices.
- Architect and deliver scalable, resilient services that meet business and performance goals.
- Champion AI‑enabled engineering practices to improve development velocity and product quality.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize features.
- Ensure code quality, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous delivery best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Java development experience with deep knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Proven track record managing and scaling engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and how to integrate them into production systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
