About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high‑performing engineering team delivering the Supplier Gateway Service platform.
- Design and implement microservice‑based solutions that automate supplier onboarding using AI and machine‑learning techniques.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations to define roadmaps, set technical standards, and ensure seamless integration with partner systems.
- Drive continuous improvement through code quality initiatives, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines on AWS.
- Monitor performance, reliability, and scalability of integration services, proactively addressing issues and optimizing processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in Java and Python.
- Proven track record leading engineering teams delivering microservice architectures in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Hands‑on experience applying AI/ML techniques to automate business workflows.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on cross‑functional teamwork.
