Lead multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams on high‑value EPC projects in Qatar, driving technical excellence, schedule adherence, and stakeholder collaboration across oil & gas, infrastructure, and construction domains.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end engineering and construction activities for large‑scale EPC projects, ensuring technical quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Lead and mentor cross‑functional teams of engineers, architects, and contractors, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, proactively mitigating risks and resolving technical challenges.
- Coordinate with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to align project objectives, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Implement best practices in construction engineering, safety, and sustainability to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in engineering management within the oil & gas, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering complex EPC projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical background in construction engineering, with familiarity in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to navigate regulatory environments and drive compliance across multidisciplinary teams.
