Engineering Manager
Hands‑on Engineering Manager to build and lead the India DCx team, own end‑to‑end delivery across multiple operating companies, set technical standards, and act as the key technical decision‑maker.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and grow a high‑performing engineering team in India.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, coding practices, and quality metrics for the DCx program.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery for multiple product lines, ensuring alignment with the cross‑OpCo roadmap.
- Collaborate with US‑based Delivery Leads to synchronize strategy, priorities, and release schedules.
- Act as the technical tie‑breaker, diving into code and design when critical decisions arise.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands‑on coding in Java or Python.
- Proven track record leading distributed engineering teams and delivering complex, cloud‑native solutions (AWS, microservices, CI/CD pipelines).
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global, multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
