Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of systems, backend, and platform engineers.
- Design and implement low‑latency software to orchestrate GPUs, QPUs, and CPUs.
- Own core platform pillars across Go, Rust, and C++ backend services.
- Collaborate with AI and quantum teams to integrate cutting‑edge compute resources.
- Drive architecture reviews, code quality, and continuous delivery practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering leadership with hands‑on coding experience.
- Proficiency in Go, Rust, and C++ for high‑performance backend systems.
- Experience designing low‑latency, distributed systems on heterogeneous hardware.
- Strong understanding of GPU, quantum, and AI compute workloads.
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
