About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional engineering squad to deliver scalable features that accelerate global hiring, payment, and compliance workflows.
- Own the product roadmap for growth initiatives, translating market and customer insights into technical priorities.
- Collaborate with data, product, and legal teams to embed compliance controls across 185+ countries while maintaining a seamless user experience.
- Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, tooling, and performance metrics to support rapid iteration and high reliability.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, data‑driven decision making, and proactive risk mitigation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering leadership in a fast‑moving SaaS or platform environment.
- Proven track record of scaling products for global audiences with strong compliance focus.
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML features and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Passion for building inclusive, high‑performing teams that thrive in ambiguity.
