Engineering Manager
Lead multidisciplinary ground engineering teams to design, supervise, and ensure the structural integrity of large-scale infrastructure projects using advanced civil and foundations expertise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, analysis, and construction of foundations, soil stabilization, and ground improvement projects for bridges, tunnels, and industrial facilities.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, coordinating with structural, civil, and preservation specialists to deliver high‑quality, safe, and cost‑effective solutions.
- Drive project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, regulatory standards, and client expectations.
- Implement and enforce rigorous safety and quality control protocols throughout all phases of construction.
- Mentor and develop engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in ground engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical analysis, foundation design, and construction best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
