About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor full‑stack engineering teams developing Generative AI and Agentic AI applications across enterprise platforms.
- Define and enforce architecture, security, and performance standards to ensure scalable, reliable solutions.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and infrastructure stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals and technology strategy.
- Drive agile delivery, sprint planning, and continuous improvement practices while managing technical debt.
- Oversee cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and observability using AWS and Kubernetes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in Python and Node.js.
- Proven track record leading teams building Machine Learning or Generative AI products.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience with secure, high‑performance system design and enterprise governance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people‑development skills.
