Engineering Manager, FDE Infrastructure EMEA

As an Engineering Manager, FDE Infrastructure (EMEA), you will lead the development of FDE infrastructure in EMEA. This role will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing engineering teams, technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, and a strong understanding of software development principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in the development of FDE infrastructure in EMEA.
• Manage the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and implement technical strategies to improve infrastructure efficiency and security.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure project success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managing engineering teams.
• Strong technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Excellent understanding of software development principles and practices.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
