Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a distributed engineering team, setting technical direction and ensuring delivery of high‑quality NaaS products.
- Architect and scale cloud‑native network services on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, driving performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and operations to translate customer needs into scalable solutions and roadmaps.
- Champion Agile practices, continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines, and DevOps culture across the team.
- Drive cross‑functional communication, resolve technical blockers, and maintain a culture of innovation and accountability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering leadership in a cloud‑centric, network‑focused environment.
- Deep experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud networking services.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high‑availability systems at scale.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across regions.
- Hands‑on technical background with a passion for mentoring and building high‑performing teams.
