About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional engineering team focused on endpoint security product development.
- Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with security operations goals and customer needs.
- Architect scalable, cloud‑native solutions on AWS, incorporating CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Collaborate with product, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver high‑quality features on an Agile cadence.
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, best‑practice standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a people‑management or lead role.
- Deep knowledge of endpoint security concepts, threat detection, and response mechanisms.
- Proficiency in Python and Go, and experience building services on AWS.
- Strong background in CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a track record of delivering complex security products.
