Engineering Manager
Lead a high‑performing AI engineering team to design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning solutions on AWS, driving data‑centric product innovation while fostering Agile practices and technical excellence.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers.
- Architect, build, and scale end‑to‑end machine‑learning pipelines on AWS, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions.
- Drive Agile processes, sprint planning, and continuous delivery practices across the team.
- Establish coding standards, model governance, and best practices for reproducibility and security.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Python‑based machine‑learning development and deployment.
- Proven track record managing technical teams delivering AI/ML products at scale.
- Strong expertise with AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3, EC2, IAM) and cloud‑native data pipelines.
- Deep understanding of data engineering concepts, model lifecycle management, and MLOps.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and Agile leadership skills.
