Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in Python and Node.js.
- 3+ years of engineering management or senior technical leadership.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven track record of scaling distributed systems and mentoring teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for building inclusive, user‑centric products.
