Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design of custom machines, from concept sketches to detailed CAD models and electrical schematics.
• Mentor and manage a team of mechanical and electrical engineers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery and cost control.
• Review and approve design documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to transition designs into production.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in custom machine design, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
• Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex projects.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a hands‑on approach to troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
