Engineering Manager, Core Platform

As an Engineering Manager, Core Platform, you will lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy core platform features that power our product. You will be responsible for setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features, and collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy core platform features
• Set technical direction and mentor engineers to ensure high-quality and reliable platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features

• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and project plans

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
• Strong technical expertise in Python, Node.js, and AWS
• Experience with machine learning and data engineering a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and teams
