Engineering Manager - Control Plane

As an Engineering Manager - Control Plane, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for developing and maintaining the control plane of our platform. This is a critical component of our system, and we are looking for a seasoned leader to drive its technical direction.

The control plane is built using a combination of Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning technologies, and is hosted on AWS. As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical quality and reliability of the control plane, as well as driving innovation and growth in this area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers in the development and maintenance of the control plane
• Drive technical direction and architecture for the control plane
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other components of the platform
• Develop and implement processes to ensure high-quality code and efficient development practices
• Identify and prioritize technical initiatives to drive growth and innovation in the control plane

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a focus on software development and engineering management
• Strong technical expertise in Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning, with experience in AWS
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving technical innovation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
