Compensation: Our target hiring range is $185,000-225,000 plus participation in our Annual Bonus Program with eligibility for $12,000 bonus. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.

This role’s mission & overview: We are looking for an engineering manager for our Camp Admin Experience team, which is a growing team that focuses on products serving the camp admin persona at Campminder . This manager will be leading a team of engineers who are rapidly reimagining a core monolithic product, redesigning core customer features while modernizing the underlying architecture. This team has a unique mix of tenured employees and new engineers, who will be rapidly modernizing a monolithic system through greenfield development of new products/features and incremental decommissioning of old systems.
