Lead a high‑performance team of test engineers to validate, characterize, and field‑support next‑generation RFICs, Antenna‑in‑Package, and array solutions using advanced microwave and millimeter‑wave techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end post‑silicon validation and production testing of RFIC, AiP, and antenna array products.
- Design and implement test plans, fixtures, and automated test scripts for high‑frequency and millimeter‑wave devices.
- Collaborate with design, packaging, and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
- Lead field application engineering efforts, providing technical support to customers and driving product improvements.
- Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team of test engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in RF/microwave test and validation, with a strong background in millimeter‑wave and RFIC technologies.
- Proficiency in test equipment (VNA, network analyzers, signal generators) and automated test software.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing cross‑functional engineering teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
