Engineering Manager, API

As an Engineering Manager, API at our company, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in designing and implementing scalable APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our APIs meet the needs of our customers and are aligned with our company's overall vision. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing the skills of your team members, as well as identifying and addressing technical challenges that arise during the development process. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our APIs are secure, reliable, and performant, and that they meet the highest standards of quality and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers in designing and implementing scalable APIs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our APIs meet the needs of our customers.
• Mentor and develop the skills of team members.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Strong technical skills in Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
