Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership for cloud engineering and software development teams, ensuring alignment with security and compliance standards.
Drive complex migration and modernization initiatives across mission‑critical applications, leveraging AWS GovCloud services.
Oversee secure deployment pipelines, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and infrastructure as code practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture, performance, and security requirements for new and existing systems.
Mentor engineers, fostering a culture of high quality, secure coding, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Extensive experience with AWS GovCloud and related security services.
Proven track record in secure software development and cybersecurity compliance (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST).
Strong background in cloud operations, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment.
