Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor cross‑functional engineering teams to deliver high‑quality technical and infrastructure support services.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery across electrical, mechanical, civil, telecommunications, and controls disciplines.
- Manage asset lifecycle, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate data centre operations, including capacity planning, maintenance, and incident response.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams in a complex, 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience with asset management systems and continuous improvement frameworks.
