Lead a high‑performing engineering team building AI‑driven networking and security solutions on cloud platforms, driving architecture, delivery, and innovation.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional team of software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists focused on AI‑enabled networking and security products.
- Define and own the technical roadmap, architecture, and delivery processes for cloud‑first solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with product, security, and infrastructure stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable engineering initiatives.
- Drive adoption of modern development practices, including CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and automated testing.
- Champion data‑driven decision making by integrating machine‑learning models and analytics into product features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a people‑management or engineering‑lead role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience building or deploying machine‑learning models in production.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD tooling.
- Solid background in networking or security concepts and experience delivering cloud‑native security solutions.
- Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams, communicate technical vision, and deliver complex projects on schedule.
