Engineering Manager, Agentic Platform UK

As an Engineering Manager for the Agentic Platform, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing engineering team to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge technology solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical strategy, manage technical debt, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage technical debt and prioritize feature development to meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in a cloud-based platform.
• Strong technical background in software development, with expertise in Python, Node.js, and Machine Learning.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
