Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional engineering team focused on developing and deploying machine learning models that enhance ad targeting and revenue generation.
- Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure on AWS to support real‑time ML inference and experimentation.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and ad operations to define feature requirements, prioritize backlogs, and deliver high‑impact solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of model performance, monitoring, and A/B testing frameworks to ensure measurable business outcomes.
- Champion best practices in code quality, CI/CD, and DevOps, fostering a culture of ownership and high reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering leadership in a fast‑paced tech environment, preferably in advertising or e‑commerce.
- Strong background in machine learning, data engineering, and cloud (AWS) architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
- Experience managing end‑to‑end ML lifecycle from data ingestion to production deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of building high‑performing, collaborative teams.
