About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a growing engineering team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑powered construction workflow products, from concept through production, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect and scale cloud infrastructure on AWS, optimizing for reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with product, data science, and operations to define feature roadmaps and prioritize technical initiatives.
- Drive best practices in software development, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience in a fast‑moving tech environment.
- Strong background in AI/ML product development and data engineering.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) and modern cloud architecture.
- Proven ability to translate complex business problems into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of building high‑performing, diverse teams.
