Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
- Define technical strategy and roadmap for product development, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and deployment of scalable microservice architectures on AWS.
- Drive adoption of Agile practices, continuous integration, and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to prioritize work, manage technical debt, and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python.
- Proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering complex cloud‑native applications.
- Deep understanding of AWS services, microservices, and CI/CD tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
