Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Own the full product lifecycle from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality software.
- Implement and refine Agile processes, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross‑team coordination.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and resolve technical challenges.
- Drive technical excellence by setting coding standards, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record managing Agile teams and delivering complex projects on schedule.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with modern development stacks and cloud platforms.
- Passion for mentoring, coaching, and building high‑performing teams.
