Software Engineer
Lead enterprise-wide maintenance and reliability initiatives, driving continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and data‑driven asset management across a hybrid on‑site/remote environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute reliability strategies that reduce downtime and extend asset life across the organization.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in root cause analysis, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and corrective action implementation.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs using data analytics and industrial automation tools.
- Drive Lean Six Sigma projects to eliminate waste, improve process reliability, and achieve cost savings.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and safety teams to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or asset management roles.
- Proficiency with reliability software (e.g., Minitab, RELiant, or similar) and data analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and experience leading improvement projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
