Engineering Leadership - Systems Engineering Section Lead

As the Engineering Leadership – Systems Engineering Section Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the Systems Engineering Section. This role will focus on technical leadership and innovation in cloud computing and agile methodologies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing technical strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and driving innovation in the field of systems engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud computing, agile methodologies, and leadership. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing engineers, as well as driving the development of new technologies and processes. This role will be based in the United States, with a focus on the Baltimore area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers in the Systems Engineering Section
• Develop and implement technical strategies for cloud computing and agile methodologies

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering and leadership
• Experience in cloud computing and agile methodologies
• Strong technical skills in Python, Node.js, and AWS
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to mentor and develop engineers
