About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI‑driven products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Architect, develop, and maintain Python‑based machine‑learning pipelines and intelligent systems that automate business processes.
- Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering best practices in code quality, testing, and continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and operations stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Drive adoption of modern data‑engineering tools and cloud services to support large‑scale model training and inference.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Python development with a strong focus on machine learning or AI applications.
- Proven track record leading engineering teams and delivering complex, data‑intensive systems.
- Deep understanding of ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data pipelines (e.g., Apache Spark, Airflow).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
