About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high‑quality infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement sustainable design solutions that meet environmental, social, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, government bodies, and community stakeholders to secure approvals and manage expectations.
- Oversee technical reviews, quality assurance, and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem resolution and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; professional engineering registration preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in large‑scale infrastructure projects, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles, environmental impact assessments, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and BIM software.
