About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of observability solutions for data middleware products (Kafka, Solace, MQ, EMS) and web serving platforms.
- Architect and deliver monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate observability into ETL and BPM pipelines.
- Mentor and coach engineering staff on best practices for observability and incident response.
- Drive continuous improvement of tooling, processes, and documentation.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Kafka, Solace, MQ, and EMS observability.
- Strong background in designing monitoring and alerting for large‑scale data pipelines.
- Proficiency in web services architecture and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with ETL and BPM systems is a plus.
