About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high‑performance Android applications using Kotlin, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define feature specifications and translate them into robust code.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate testing, and enforce code quality standards.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices across the engineering squad.
- Integrate RESTful services, manage data synchronization, and optimize network performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional Android development experience with Kotlin.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane).
- Proficiency in Git, branching strategies, and collaborative workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring and continuous improvement.
