Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and optimization of contact lens manufacturing processes.
- Support quality control activities, including inspection, testing, and documentation.
- Participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of process parameters, deviations, and corrective actions.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an engineering program (mechanical, industrial, or related).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality systems.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
