About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Python-based tools for data processing, model evaluation, and threat intelligence collection.
- Conduct adversarial red‑team exercises to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in AI systems.
- Collaborate with research, safety, and security teams to translate findings into actionable improvements.
- Develop and maintain reproducible pipelines for large‑scale model testing and analysis.
- Document methodologies, results, and best practices for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Background in AI safety, security engineering, or adversarial machine learning.
- Proficiency in threat intelligence concepts and red‑team methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to cross‑functional teams.
