About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the hardware strategy for next‑generation data center platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, overseeing architecture, design, prototyping, and validation of server, storage, and networking components.
- Collaborate closely with product, supply‑chain, and manufacturing partners to accelerate time‑to‑market while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics and industry benchmarks to optimize performance and energy efficiency.
- Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive experience in hardware development, systems engineering, or architecture within hyperscale or high‑performance computing environments.
- Proven track record of delivering complex hardware solutions from concept through production.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
