About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for AI Guardrails, ensuring security, compliance, and ethical standards across AI models.
- Architect cloud‑native, scalable solutions (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes) that embed security controls into the AI development lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, high performance, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with data science, risk, and legal stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications.
- Establish metrics, monitoring, and incident response processes to detect and mitigate AI‑related risks in production.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning pipelines, AI security, and responsible AI frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and deploying cloud‑native architectures on platforms such as AWS.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and orchestration tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
