About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate system architectures for aerospace projects, ensuring compliance with mission requirements.
- Perform analysis, modeling, and simulation using MATLAB and related tools to validate design concepts.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, coordinating schedules, resources, and technical deliverables.
- Apply Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices to create and maintain design documentation and traceability matrices.
- Support testing, verification, and validation activities, documenting results and recommending corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with systems engineering processes and MBSE tools (e.g., SysML, Cameo).
- Proficiency in MATLAB for data analysis and simulation.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including schedule and risk management.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities in a multidisciplinary environment.
